THE DAILY GUT HEALING SMOOTHIE

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves 2

What You Need:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 handfuls of spinach or kale (or both!)

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries 

  • 2 tbsp. nut butter (I like peanut or almond) 

  • 2 tsp. chia seeds

  • 2 tsp. hemp seeds

  • 2 tsp. ground flax seeds

  • A dash of cinnamon

  • 1 cup dairy free milk (I like almond or oat milk)

How It's Done:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Mix on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or a snack!
