THE DAILY GUT HEALING SMOOTHIE
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves 2

What You Need:
1 banana
2 handfuls of spinach or kale (or both!)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp. nut butter (I like peanut or almond)
2 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. hemp seeds
2 tsp. ground flax seeds
A dash of cinnamon
1 cup dairy free milk (I like almond or oat milk)

How It's Done:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Mix on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or a snack!
