MY STORY
Thanks for joining me!

My name is Jennifer Hollingsworth and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, teacher of thirteen years, wife, mama to baby Quinn, and dog mom to my Australian shepherd, Bridger. For thirteen years, I was a passionate educator with a focus on social emotional health. I created an environment for my students where they felt connected, seen, heard, and valued; a place where they belong. I create the same safe space when health coaching clients and pride myself on developing strong relationships with each individual I work with. Not only am I a teacher and coach, but I have always been an active, healthy individual, playing sports from a young age and now enjoy biking, skiing, running, and hiking with my husband and dog, Bridger in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho. At home, I love being creative in the kitchen, making wholesome yet tasty plant based meals for my friends and family. It not only brings me joy, but connections are made and stories are shared around the food I create for loved ones.

I am what most people would admire as an optimal healthy person, but it was five years ago when I had my own health struggles. At the vibrant age of thirty-two my hair started thinning, and I experienced bloating, constipation, and mild acne. I sought out multiple doctors who told me I was healthy, did not have answers, and prescribed over the counter “band-aids” to my symptoms. I was determined to find the root cause of my health issues and sought out other options. It was when a friend referred me to a holistic health practitioner that I finally found the answers I was looking for. I met with my holistic doctor for over an hour, I finally felt seen and heard and that I had someone on my side! She helped me to identify the root cause of my health issues by educating, encouraging, and supporting me to manage stress and balance my hormones through a holistic approach to diet and lifestyle. Health is a bio-individual journey, and I continue to experiment on myself to find what works best for my body, mind, and spirt.

This experience inspired me to go back to school to become a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and to learn as much as I can about healing the body through a holistic approach. I am passionate about helping you to live life to your fullest potential, to truly love yourself, and make sustainable lifelong changes to optimize your health.
