RED PEPPER HUMMUS WITH FRESH VEGGIES

What You Need:

* 1 can garbanzo beans

* 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (buy a these in a jar) 

* 3 garlic cloves

* 1/2 cup tahini

* 1/2 tsp baking soda 

* 1/2 cup water

* 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

How it's Done: 

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy! I like to add more garlic because I am a garlic lover! You may want to add more salt or pepper depending on your taste. Enjoy this dip with veggies, crackers, or in a salad!
